Linda George, Secretary
Linda George is a Nurse Midwife at Women's Care of Hartsville, representing Health Care Providers. She was elected to the board in 2020 and serves as the secretary.
Howard Nettles, Board Chair
Howard Nettles serves as a council member for the City of Darlington and represents local government on our board. He was elected in 2021.

Mrs. Rudell DuBose Segars serves as the WIA Director and represents Darlington County School District. She was elected Novemeber 2022.
Ms. Lucretia Bellamy serves as the Vice Chair of the Board, being elected in January 2022.
Ms. Barbara Carraway represents a nonprofit organization serving children and families and was elected to the Board in October 2022.
Mr. Jimmie Epling serves as the Library Director of the Darlington County Library System and was appointed to the Board in March of 2026.
